Black Friday: Pantry Restock

Sometimes eating healthfully can feel really challenging, between busy schedules, holiday meals, and cost. That’s why I encourage everyone to focus on their health during the holiday period.

This is a win-win: the extra focus on your health and diet encourages relaxation, reduces stress eating, and allows you to come out of the holiday period rejuvenated and healthy, as it should be but is often hard to achieve.

Today, I want to encourage you to restock your pantry with healthy options! I’ve compiled the best Black Friday nutrition deals so you can get the best deal on high quality pantry staples. Keep reading to explore what’s on sale!

Viva Naturals Organic Dried Goji Berries, 2 lbs, on sale for $30.60, regularly $38.14

Dried berries like these goji berries are a real treat to have around to put on top of yogurt, eat as a snack or add into healthy oatmeal cookies. Goji berries are high in antioxidants and are also a good source of fiber, protein and iron. This deal is worth it, as the regular price is already a good deal since it’s in bulk, and the sale price makes it even sweeter!

Frankies Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil First Cold-Pressed, 1 liter, on sale for $20.80, regularly $28.75

This scrumptious olive oil is a well-loved staple. Olive oil, especially organic, extra virgin and cold-pressed, is something that belongs in every pantry! Use it for non-high-heat cooking, in salads, or even as a substitute for other fats and oils in cookies and baked goods when you don’t mind the unique and delicious taste of olive oil. This is a very good price for the quantity and quality of this oil, don’t miss it!

TeaPigs Green Tea with Mint Bags (pack of 50), on sale for $23.92, regularly $28.07

I always recommend incorporating tea, both caffeinated and herbal, depending on your preferences and tendencies, as a way to increase satisfaction and feelings of fullness. A cup of tea along with a snack or after a meal is a great way to close your mealtime on a calming note and encourage an easy digestion of the foods. These green teabags bring an extra pinch of flavor with mint, and they are a high quality, whole leaf option.

Good Reason Organic Sprouted Brown Calrose Rice, 2 lbs, on sale for $7, regularly $8.75

Organic, sprouted brown rice is a filling and nutritious option to have on hand to make rice and beans, curry with rice, vegetable fried rice and many other meals. I personally always make sure to have nutritious rice on hand, both as a staple and a way to have some foods on hand in case of emergency. Great news — many other varieties of the same brand are on sale, too, so you can take your pick!

Go Raw Pumpkin Seeds with Sea Salt, Grab and Go Single-Serve, 1 oz. Bags (Box of 12) — Keto | Vegan | Gluten Free | Organic | Superfood

Seeds and nuts are a nutritious addition to diets. They add flavor, protein and other essential nutrients to lots of dishes, or can be used in homemade trail mixes, as a stand-alone snack or even to make a nut or seed milk. This bulk deal is a great option if you want to restock your nut and seed collection, or even to include in a healthy gift basket as a holiday gift to friends and family.

I’ll be posting more deals throughout the week on different themes related to healthy eating, diet and lifestyle, so keep an eye out! In the meantime, enjoy browsing these pantry staples, and if you get one or some of them, let me know in the comments which ones you chose!
